Refund policy

Return and exchange terms effective 2/1/2025:
 

  • We strive to represent every product with accurate details and transparency. 
  • Returns are accepted for articles of clothing and/or fashion accessories unless otherwise stated.
  • All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Collection listings, promotional offers, and product details may specify non-returnable conditions. 
  • Items reduced for sales or clearance are non-returnable.
  • Products that have been worn, altered, washed, or had product tags removed are non-returnable.
  • To start a return and receive a prepaid shipping label, contact us at msg.kjb@gmail.com for return authorization within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Returns must be approved beforehand and postmarked within 10 days of return approval date.
 

  • Damage during transit can occur and should be refused by notifying the carrier immediately and informing KJ's Boutique regarding the damage that occurred.  
  • In the unlikely event an item is received defective or damaged, it must be reported to KJ's Boutique within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are only available for like items to replace those found to be defective or damaged.
  • If a replacement is available, it will be shipped to the same address upon approval.
  • Items returned that are found not to be defective or damaged are subject to the standard return procedures. 
  • Items with damage not previously reported or had product tags removed may not be refunded.
  • Contact us at msg.kjb@gmail.com to report the damage or defect.
  • Submitting photos can help to expedite the replacement process and may be requested.
 

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be applied to the original payment method, less restocking and original shipping fees.
